Coach: This realization is what helped me make the u-turn in my life from money driven to quality of work and quality of time driven.

I always thought that one day I would make it. And then one day I realized oh, there’s no such place. This is not real. You don’t make it. No one makes it. Everyday you have to be trying to do better.

Money is the reward of the world. Effort is the reward of the self. Want to be happy, money or no money? Put in the effort to get better daily.

Student: If I am reading this and wanting change in my life I’m confused. No one makes it. What does that mean? Money is just a tool. This tool will allow you and I to survive and possibly thrive. Like any tool it can be used to destroy or create! Like a fork; you can eat with it or you can stab someone.

Effort teaches us that we can do more than we thought. Physically, mentally, spiritually, and career wise. Here is an opinion regarding self. The more I pay attention to me the more I realize how insignificant I am in the reality of life and death. BUT when I start focusing on “unconditional love” and investing that love into “others,” I begin to appreciate “self.” Purpose is defined! Much harder to love others than to pretend I love me! Just rambling here!

Coach: No one makes it meaning there is no it. Everyday of life asks for effort and rewards you for it. There is no day where effort isn’t the ask.

putting in solid effort, money may be a challenge for a few years (tiny amount of an average life) but the financial reward is certain ahead. Trust that the system was designed accurately. Good is rewarded. The other side of this is keep the bills low. If the bills are low, it requires less to chase and more time for you to do as you wish. Not to mention to presence of needless pressure to make ends meet. Life is hard enough as is. It’s very healthy on the soul and mind to expose yourself to the natural pressures of life and avoid the unnatural pressures such as obligating ones self more than they need.

Merging self and unconditional love is the journey. We are love but there’s a lot of stuff we need to clear out of the way to be able to see it.
